COD Refunds

Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will take 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends) to process. The refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.

Credit & Debit Card Refunds

For orders paid through credit or debit cards, refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account after processing.

JazzCash/Easypaisa Refunds

We also offer refunds via JazzCash and Easypaisa. To process your refund, please provide the account title and phone number. It may take 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends) for the refund to reflect in your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.

Refunds During Sale Promotions

Please note that during sale promotions, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed at our stores. Online refunds will be processed after the promotion period and may take 3 to 5 working days to complete.
